Every year, millions of dollars are spent on self-report personality profiling, with the aim of identifying the ideal personality for a specific role in one’s business. A key problem for such measures is that they take along time to complete, score, and interpret. Also, job applicants can present themselves in a most favourable light, or at least in a way they think the interviewer is looking for (which is often wrong). Many businesses know the sort of person they are looking for and would like a quick, clean and simple method for finding them.

We have developed out implicit technology to be able to capture aspects of personality or a person’s general approach to life that is important for a business. Because this can be unique to each company, the test we offer is strongly guided by the ethos and needs of the recruiter.
