This test is similar to the N-IMP test, but is aimed very much at the recruitment of individuals for specific roles within an organisation. Research has shown that individuals can manipulate the conscious/or explicit presentation of themselves in order to match the specific emotional and cultural requirements of a role in order to secure the position. This is sub-optimal for both the organisation and the individual when this becomes apparent post-employment. By using an implicit foundation as the basis for Neurecruit, we have created a test that cannot be fooled by job candidates. We can develop bespoke tests to meet the needs of individual roles within different business sectors.
